Ev had a nice sleepover. They're getting so big, so self-sufficient. Learning so much. One conversation last night went like this:
Ev: "At the golf course the other day I saw an albino dove."
Jack: "Yeah yeah. They're really hard to see because they're so tiny."
Ev: "No, Jack. Albino means they're all white."
Jack: "Yeah, so they're hard to see because they blend in.
Ev: "No, Jack. Because they're all white they don't blend in the trees. Only if they're standing next to something white, like my stove. If an albino dove was standing next to my stove it would blend in."

Are these not the most special children in the world?
We think so too. Aren't we blessed?
