been awhile

Aaron and Mandy were sick over the weekend (Aaron for longer) but under Mama Dee's capable care they got healthy again, so we met them at 22nd Street on Wednesday afternoon for some long overdue thrift shopping. Aaron and Evan spiffed up the place with this wacky vac.

When Aaron wasn't Wacky Vac'n we were playing catch.

He delighted in Wacky Vac'n my feet and giggled each time I said "ouch!"

Mandy got a short haircut on Sunday. I love it. Uncle Mike would say she definitely looks like one of the Evil Breene Women. Makes me wonder if Mandy doesn't really belong to Aunt Melissa.

And then we had a sleepover. Evan got plenty of cuddles from me AND his Uncle Dave.

farewell

last Saturday we met at Oregano's for Unta Bot's farewell dinner

We're not happy he's leaving, but happy to be together, eating yummy pizza.

As always, Pokes rule.

so serious

Can't take a picture around here without a dog getting into the frame.

Lots of love

Outside, later, after Evan arrived with Brock, the boys made a stream. They let Brazey hold the hose.

Serious engineering; serious Kool-Aid smile.

After a bath, dressed in Jack's smallest T-shirt, helping himself to snacks in the pantry.
